Justin G. Brook, Esq. – Associate Attorney

Justin G. Brook earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad Law Center and became a member of the Florida Bar in 2011. While attending Nova Southeastern, Mr. Brook received recognition and accolades for his legal writing, earning a teaching assistant position for the school’s Lawyering Skills and Values courses focusing on transactional lawyering, pre-litigation, legal research, and writing skills for first year students. Mr. Brook also took part in the University’s Street Law program, where he taught middle school students basic legal lessons in their social studies classes and led a mock-trial team in tri-county competition.

While in law school, Mr. Brook clerked for the Weinstein Law Firm in Coral Springs, Florida for two years where he was engaged in multiple phases of litigation representing health care professionals on a wide range of legal issues.

Prior to law school Mr. Brook worked for AmTrust Bank in Bal Harbour, Florida as a Consumer Banking Specialist and attended the University of Central Florida where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing in 2007. While attending UCF, Mr. Brook served on various executive committees for his fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon, and was involved with the Central Florida Blood Bank, Easter Seal/Camp Challenge, and worked as an independent ticket consultant for UCF Football and Brighthouse Networks Stadium.

Since joining Kramer & Golden, P.A., in 2011, Mr. Brook has primarily concentrated his practice in civil litigation, probate and trust administration and litigation, and residential and commercial transactions. Most notably Mr. Brook has assisted in the representation of a buyer in connection with a $70 million Class A+ apartment complex in Dallas, Texas, assisted in the representation of a buyer in connection with the a $22 million acquisition of an apartment complex in Naples, Florida, and assisted in the favorable settlement in an action brought against seller and former tenant of a commercial property for fraud and conspiracy to defraud in Miami-Dade County Circuit Court.

In his free time, Mr. Brook enjoys cheering on Miami sports teams and the UCF Knights and playing golf with his friends and at charitable fundraising events.
